1977bd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") provides an online betting, sports, and casino gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the platform's website, mobile application, and all associated services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 1977bd. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you agree to these Terms in full. Additional specific terms may apply to certain services and will act as a supplement to these general Terms.

These Terms are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the two versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person will be treated as a violation of the single account policy, and all associated accounts may be closed. In such cases, all related bonuses and rewards will be considered void.

2.3 Account Verification

1977bd may initiate an identity verification ("KYC" process) at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card, driving licence, or passport. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification is not completed.

If the legal age requirement is not met, the account will be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact the support team.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if the account is not fully verified.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

5.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 10x wagering. This means you must complete bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawing it. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus can only be claimed once and cannot be used across multiple accounts.
• Each promotion has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will expire.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for betting.
• 1977bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

7.1 Betting Limits

7.2 Game Results

If incorrect results are displayed due to a technical fault in the gaming software, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. Game results are final; results will not be changed for any reason other than a display error.

7.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

• Bets on events that are postponed or cancelled before the match begins are voided and the stake is returned.
• Bets placed after the market closes in live betting are not accepted.
• Official sources (such as the ICC and BPL authority) will take precedence on results.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and such violations will result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Operating multiple accounts or concealing identity
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform
• Attempting hacking, software cracking, or game manipulation
• Accessing another user's account without permission
• Registering with false information or deceiving the verification process

• Obscene or harassing behaviour on the platform

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any outstanding balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by 1977bd

If there is evidence of a breach of terms, illegal activity, or fraud, 1977bd may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice. In such cases, any balance considered to have been obtained unlawfully may be forfeited.
